Participation is open to all individuals with an interest in the latest coastal science and practices.
For those without access to the internet, you may fill in the Registration Form and return it to the Conference Managers. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Conference Managers.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Speakers, Chairpersons and Delegates.

*Government and Professional registrants must work for a government organisation and/or be professionally engaged in your field. Regional Body Staff are included in this rate.
**Community Registrants must be a full time student or volunteer in your field. A photocopy of Student ID is required with your registration.

Please note the Conference Dinner at Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park on Thursday 20 October is not included in the Full Registration Fee for Delegates. If you would like to attend this ticketed event the cost will be $100 for delegates and their guests.
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex.
Cheques should be made payable to QCC 2011. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the welcome reception. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
